It all begins with an idea—to step away from the noise, to slow down, and to reconnect. Join us in Melides, Portugal for an immersive retreat experience designed to bring you back to presence.

Our all-inclusive retreat offers daily movement classes, guided meditation, and thoughtfully curated leisure experiences. Each meal is prepared by our private in-house chef, with menus designed in collaboration with a nutritionist to nourish and restore from the inside out.

Set in a stunning private villa featuring six bedrooms and four bathrooms, guests can enjoy a pool, tennis court, outdoor wood-fire area, and ping pong table. Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, you’ll have access to Praia da Galé—perfect for lounging, surfing, or even horseback riding along the coast.

Itinerary

Day One: Arrival

Arrive in the serene countryside of Melides and gently transition into retreat mode. This day is all about slowing down, settling in, and setting intentions for the week ahead. Meet your fellow guests, connect with the space, and join use in an opening dinner.

  • All rooms are pampered with soft linens, pillows and blankets.

  • We offer a varieties of room types, depending on booking we will check you in and get you settled in your room

  • 6:30 PM – Dinner:

Day Two

Awaken your body with energizing movement and mindful breath, then immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Portugal’s coastline. This day blends strength, flow, and nature, offering space to feel both grounded and expansive as you connect with the ocean and your community.

  • Make sure you pack a swim suit!

  • Morning Movement Options:

    • 8AM Pilates Flow

    • 9AM Pilates & Core Strength

    10:00 AM – Breakfast:

    Meditation/Journaling:

    • Breathwork & morning reflection

  • All events are optional we encourage you listen to your body and heart - to live presently in every day.

    • 9AM: Barre or Functional Strength

    10:30AM – Breakfast:

  • Although we have events planned for free time, this is OUR retreat please make any of your own plans during these hours. If you have specific interest please let us know and we can help plan.

    • 9AM Mobility & Stretching Class

    10:30AM – Breakfast:

    • Light and social

    Meditation/Journaling:

    • Gratitude and reflection practice
