It all begins with an idea—to step away from the noise, to slow down, and to reconnect. Join us in Melides, Portugal for an immersive retreat experience designed to bring you back to presence.
Our all-inclusive retreat offers daily movement classes, guided meditation, and thoughtfully curated leisure experiences. Each meal is prepared by our private in-house chef, with menus designed in collaboration with a nutritionist to nourish and restore from the inside out.
Set in a stunning private villa featuring six bedrooms and four bathrooms, guests can enjoy a pool, tennis court, outdoor wood-fire area, and ping pong table. Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, you’ll have access to Praia da Galé—perfect for lounging, surfing, or even horseback riding along the coast.

Day One: Arrival
Arrive in the serene countryside of Melides and gently transition into retreat mode. This day is all about slowing down, settling in, and setting intentions for the week ahead. Meet your fellow guests, connect with the space, and join use in an opening dinner.
